After placing an order on the website, our manager contacts the buyer within 24 hours to confirm and clarify the nuances of the order.

Delivery methods (receipt of goods)

• Delivery in Poland by DHL courier service - at the current rates indicated on the website of the delivery service*.
• Courier Delivery in Poland "door to door" is carried out by the DHL delivery service - at the current rates of the indicated delivery services *.

Terms for processing and sending an order are made within 14 days after clarification of all the nuances with the client.  All accepted orders are sent only after the date of dispatch has been agreed with the buyer.

*The cost of delivery by the above delivery services depends on the weight and size parameters of the ordered goods and their cost.

When receiving goods by postal services, be sure to check their integrity. If you encounter any problems, inform our manager at the telephone numbers indicated on the website upon receipt of the parcel.
