1. General provisions
1.1. OPEKS Energysystems sp.z.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), processes your personal data safely and in accordance with the law, including Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 "On the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “RODO”), respects the right of visitors to the site opeks-es.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) to privacy and confidentiality and recognizes the importance protecting the information collected about them.
1.2. This Privacy Policy is a public document that covers all personal data (PD) processed by the Company, which is the owner of such personal data, and is developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data.
1.3. This Policy governs the procedure for using the features of the Site, as well as the procedure for using the information provided by you to the Company.

1.7. The legal basis for the processing by the Company PD for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1. lit. (a)-(b) Article 6(1). B RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of the administrator, which is to fulfill the contract concluded with the client and / or to perform actions aimed at concluding an agreement (contact with the client), as well as to build positive relationships with clients.
1.8. The legal basis for the processing by the Company PD for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1. lit. (D)-(e) Article 6 (1). A RODO, i.e. the consent of the person providing his personal data.
1.9. The legal basis for the processing by PD PD for the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 is paragraph 1 of Article 6. C RODO, i.e. the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the controller of personal data.
2. Method of collecting information
2.1. The company receives your PD using:
- You fill in information in forms (call back, write a letter, ask a question, feedback) and / or when placing an order on the Site;

- require the deletion of your data from our systems (after receiving and considering your request, we will be obliged to immediately, but in any case no later than the period established by law, stop processing and delete your personal data).

8. Your data is safe. How do we protect personal data?
8.1. To ensure the protection of personal data, we follow international standards and use best practices in the information security industry, which include physical, administrative, technical and organizational measures.
8.2. Our task is to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and manageability in the processing of personal data. At the stage of implementation of new (and operation of existing) services, we use modern methods and technologies of protection to prevent unauthorized access to personal data (hardware and software detection and protection prevention, intelligent systems for detecting unauthorized access, secure encryption during storage and transmission of data, control of physical and technical access to data).

8.6. The client's PD transferred to the Company is processed in accordance with the scope of the permission granted by the user and the requirements of the law, including the provisions of the GDPR.

The Company makes every effort to ensure all possible measures of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data from their accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access in accordance with all applicable laws, in particular, the Company provides persons with access to personal data of clients, permission to process personal data and keeps records of persons authorized to process data on her behalf.
