Conditions for returning goods

The sale of goods is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code and the law of Poland "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", therefore we guarantee the return or exchange of goods of inadequate and proper quality in accordance with applicable law.

Conditions for returning goods of good quality

The buyer has the right to return the goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

It is possible to return or exchange goods of good quality provided:

1. The presentation of the goods has been preserved, the goods must be in good condition and not have mechanical damage (with the exception of manufacturing defects, if any).
2. The consumer properties of the product have been saved.
3. The integrity of the kit and packaging has been preserved.
4. All seals, labels, tags, labels are preserved.
5. Warranty card saved.
6. Saved sales and cash receipts, product passport and other documentation.

If all requirements are met, the money will be returned to the client within 7 working days.

When returning the goods, we do not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of services for the delivery of goods, namely: the departure of the courier or the cost of shipping by the transport company, according to the declaration. In case of refusal of the goods, the cost of the delivery service is paid by the buyer.

Exchange and return is not valid for some products of good quality:

• It is not possible to return or exchange a product that has been used.
• Products that have individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer who bought it. For example, goods on order, building and finishing materials sold per meter, as well as discounted goods, and goods sold as substandard.

Some products also have return restrictions:

• building and finishing materials sold by the meter are subject to return in multiples of packaging (bay, roll, pack).
• Dry bulk mixes are subject to return only if the consumer qualities – for example, the absence of a fossil, etc.

Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality

Upon receipt of the goods, please carefully inspect it for defects, damage and incompleteness. Upon receipt of the goods, you check the completeness and absence of external defects in the product. Remember that in accordance with the legislation of Poland, you can make claims regarding the appearance of the goods delivered to you only before the goods are handed over to you by the seller.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer by the Seller. After the transfer of the goods, claims for appearance, mechanical damage and bundling are not accepted.

Replacement / return of goods with a hidden manufacturing defect (significant defect) revealed during operation is carried out on the grounds and within the time limits established by the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

If you have any problems with the product, make sure that you have fully read the instruction manual for the product, including the section describing typical problems and how to solve them on your own.

To exchange the Goods of inadequate quality, it is necessary to obtain an expert opinion, which is paid by the Buyer, on the basis of which, and at the request of the Buyer, the Goods are exchanged for a similar one, or the money paid by the Buyer is returned in the manner agreed by the parties (cash at the company's office, transfer to a bank card ). The refund period depends on the form of the refund.

If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its defects arose due to circumstances for which the Seller (Manufacturer) is not responsible, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with the transportation and storage of the goods. Delivery of oversized and goods weighing up to 5 kg to the Seller and back is carried out by the Buyer.

Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality is not performed

• For products damaged by the user.
• For products whose warranty period has expired.
• For products that do not have technical shortcomings and malfunctions, but for one reason or another that did not suit the buyer (insufficient information about the product, non-compliance with expectations, etc.)

The difference between the elements of design or design from those stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or non-functionality of the product.
